Ingredients List
The ingredients for this dish are listed below. They are very simple ingredients that should be readily available at your local market or you may already have them in your home! Feel free to add any other seasonings that you like. This is just what i use for when i make my dish.
- Salmon Filets (skin-on)
- Garlic Powder - 2 Tbsp
- Paprika - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - 1 Tbsp
- Pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Onion Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Dill Weed
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Thyme - 4 sprigs
Cooking & Prep

- First step in making salmon, is ensuring that it is first at room temp & seasoned well.
- Mix all the ingredients above in a bowl and apply onto the salmon.
- Ensure your pan is nice and hot and covered with olive oil. Take your salmon and place skin side down into the pan. Cook until you see the color starting to whiten about halfway through.
- Once that occurs you flip the salmon so the skin side is up for 30 seconds.
- Flip the salmon back over again & throw in your butter, thyme, and more olive oil. Start basting your salmon until you achieve desired cook.
