Ingredients List
Out of all the dishes i prepare, this one has got to be my favorite. Its quick and easy, and is a great appetizer to any event or setting. The flavor of these wontons is rich yet not too overpowering. They will keep you coming back for more!
- Imitation Crab Meat - 1 Pack
- Wonton Wraps - 1 Pack
- Green Onions (chopped)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- Cream Cheese - 1 pack
- Siracha - 1 Tbsp
- Garlic Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Onion Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - 1 Teasp
- Paprika - 1 Tbsp
Cooking & Prep

- Heat a heavy-based frying pot filled with vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Shred the crab meat into a bowl, and then mix all the rest of the ingredients with the crab.
- Take your wonton wraps and lay them out flat. Take your egg yolk and spread across two outer sides of the wonton.
- Get a spoonful of your crab mixture and place into the center of the wonton. Close the wonton by forming a triangle. Ensure the wonton is nicely sealed with no punctures.
- Place the wontons into the oil and cook until golden brown.
